Für Einzelpersonen & Kleingruppen (1–7 Personen)

Bezüglich Anzahlung der Tour

• Mindestens 30 Tage vor der Tour: 100 % Rückerstattung
• Bis 7 Tage vor der Tour: 50 % Rückerstattung
• Weniger als 7 Tage vor der Tour: Keine Rückerstattung
• Nicht-Erscheinen: Keine Rückerstattung

Bei Vollständiger Zahlung der Tour

• Mind. 30 Tage vor der Tour: 100 % Rückerstattung
• Bis 7 Tage vor der Tour: 50% Rückerstattung
• Bis 24 Stunden vor der Tour: 10 % Rückerstattung
• Weniger als 24 Stunden vor der Tour oder Nicht-Erscheinen: Keine Rückerstattung

Für Gruppenbuchungen (ab 8 Personen)

Anzahlung: 50 % des Gesamtbetrags bei Buchung
Restzahlung: Bis spätestens 7 Tage vor der Tour online oder vor Ort am Tag der Tour in Bar.

Stornogebühren:

• Ab Tag der Buchung / bis mind. 30 Tage vor der Tour: 75% Rückerstattung

• Bis 7 Tage vor der Tour: 50 % Rückerstattung

• Weniger als 7 Tage vor der Tour: 10% Rückerstattung

• Am Tag der Tour oder bei Nicht-Erscheinen: Keine Rückerstattung

Cancellation Policy

For Individuals & Small Groups (1–7 participants)

Regarding Tour Deposit:

• At least 30 days before the tour: 100% refund

• Up to 7 days before the tour: 50% refund

• Less than 7 days before the tour: No refund

• No-show: No refund

For Full Payment of the Tour:

• At least 30 days before the tour: 100% refund

• Up to 7 days before the tour: 50% refund

• Up to 24 hours before the tour: 10% refund

• Less than 24 hours before the tour or no-show: No refund

For Groups (8 or more participants)

• Deposit: 50% of the total amount upon booking

• Remaining payment: No later than 7 days before the tour online or in cash on the day of the tour

Cancellation fees:

• From the day of booking / up to at least 30 days before the tour: 75% refund

• Up to 7 days before the tour: 50% refund

• Less than 7 days before the tour: 10% refund

• On the day of the tour or no-show: No refund
